30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Titan for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll give you a full refund of the product price.

To be eligible:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The device must be returned with its original accessories (charging cable, pouch, and packaging where possible).
  • One guarantee claim per customer.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@lunoaura.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and return address.
  3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't process returns we haven't authorised.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Free gifts

Digital bonuses, such as the Performance eBook, are non-refundable and don't need to be returned.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, you can return it under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights as a consumer. Customers in the UK and EU have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
